Key Challenges for Branch
A challenge Natalia Shmelova was facing was getting the books closed out in a timely fashion. “Just to give you an idea. When I joined last November, I think we had August 2021 not closed,” Natalia said.

Handling sales taxes, different payment methods, and doing all this through Shopify meant that the operational approach had to be airtight. The challenge was to identify fulfilled sales each month through a super manual process of pulling together various reports from various sources.
